I started playing guitar at the age of 11 thanks to my uncle. When I was 14, I formed my first band and the bass player lent me a bass indefinitely. I fell in love with its huge strings and grew up playing both instruments during my teens. Since I was 18, I settled mostly with electric bass, playing in bands of widely different styles like hardcore (Bronstein), Fusion (Waslala, Fusió 36), Folk (Cabo Norte) or metal (Moonloop, Northland). I have toured and played at festivals in most of Spain and many European countries. I have collaborated live with bands like Aggression and Steelgar, among others.
I studied bass and musical theory (aside from drums and piano basics) at the Taller de Músics of Barcelona, and professional sound engineering specialised in studio recording at Microfusa school. I am endorsed by the instrument company Ibanez. I am currently the bass player (as well as singer and percussion player) at Trobar de Morte (Pagan Folk), Born in Exile (Progressive Metal) and Rewind the Cassettes (80-90s revival). I am part of the Metal Academy staff since its opening.
